Tango Dancing

Tango is a type of dance where the dancers perform as pairs, and it is originated in the year of 1880 near the River Plate, which is a natural border between Uruguay and Argentina. It was originated in the developed areas of those countries, where the natives are mixed with the slaves and immigrants from Europe. The Tango is a form of dance that is a result of the combination of the Spanish-Cuban Habanera, German Waltz, Bohemian Schottische, Czech Polka, and Polish Mazurka. Tango is practiced frequently in bars and other places where there would be a lot of people.

Tango is not just a dance but an exercise to the body and it comes with a load of benefits. It has been suggested by many that Tango helps people be sexy, less depressed, and proven to increase the testosterone levels of the people. This dance targets on six major areas of benefits in order to increase the quality of life and successful aging, and they are social satisfaction, cognition, emotional and educational health, physical exercise, spirituality and mindfulness, and meaningfulness. While all types of dances provide some physical benefits, tango, in particular, has evidence of areas that are improved in physical and mental health.
